Our services

We provide automotive repair, maintenance, New York State inspection (Facility #7132089), tire sales and service, and towing/roadside assistance (USDOT 4204207). Requests submitted through this site are requests for service or a quote — not a binding appointment or price until we confirm. We provide a written estimate before performing work.

SMS messaging program

Our SMS program lets customers of The Garage at 3100 LLC receive text messages related to their service and our business. Messages are sent in two separate, optional categories:

• Service / transactional messages: customer care, appointment scheduling and confirmations, tire and service quotes, and service follow-up.
• Marketing / promotional messages: specials, seasonal offers, and promotions.

How you opt in

You opt in by entering your phone number and checking a consent box on our website forms (for example, our Request Service and Tire Quote forms and our Text Sign-Up form), or by starting a conversation through our website chat widget. Each consent box is unchecked by default and optional. By opting in, you confirm that you are the account holder or an authorized user of the phone number you provide. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency, rates, and how to opt out
